Refund policy
Warranty:
All products will come with a 30 day warranty under the following conditions:
- The item is not what you ordered.
- The item is broken or defective. (In this case you must email me within 24 hours of receiving the product with pictures of the item/s attached)
This policy will not cover products under the following conditions:
- You ordered the wrong product.
- You provided the wrong shipping address. (If noticed immediately after checkout that this occurred, please email me ASAP as I can only fix this within 24 hours of purchased date)
- Products have been used. (Ex: Clothing has been washed or worn)
- Accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.
Cancellation:
All products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchased date (if need be) you just need to alert me by email ASAP. I am not responsible if past the 24 hours.
Exchanges:
If you are interested in exchanging your clothing item/s for a different size, we may be able to work something out so do not hesitate to reach out to me!
Sale/Promotional Items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be processed as an exchange.
Refunds?
Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will then receive a refund on the item/s once the package is delivered to me. (You can email me for any questions on refunds and upon approval, I will reply with an address to ship the item)
